This policy explains how Tajwi collects and uses information when you use our website, trial account, paid Quran Reading or Hifz services, and learner dashboards.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, arrange classes, provide Google Meet access, track learning and attendance, process subscriptions, send service messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve Tajwi.

Sharing

We share only what is reasonably necessary with assigned teachers and service providers such as hosting, email delivery, Google Meet and payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users and Tajwi.

Children and family accounts

A parent or legal guardian must create or supervise an account for a child and consent to the information needed to arrange and deliver classes. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about a child.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep legitimate academic and financial records, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update your profile and request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.
