Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Tajwi, create a trial or paid learner account, or purchase Quran Reading or Hifz classes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. A parent or legal guardian must create or supervise an account used by a minor. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

Trials and classes

A free trial is subject to availability and scheduling. Trial features, duration and teacher assignment may change. Paid classes begin after the required payment is confirmed and a schedule is assigned. Class times may be adjusted by agreement or for teacher availability.

Online-class conduct

Learners must behave respectfully, join on time, use class links only for their intended lesson and not record or redistribute a lesson without permission. We may restrict access for harassment, misuse, fraud or material breach of these terms.

Payments and renewals

Prices are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew through the selected payment provider until cancelled. Cancelling a recurring payment prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable lessons and dashboards, but internet, teacher, Google Meet, hosting or payment-provider issues may occasionally interrupt service. Where appropriate, Tajwi may reschedule a class or provide a reasonable alternative.

Content

Tajwi's website design, text and learning materials may not be copied, sold or redistributed without permission. Learners retain rights in material they submit while granting Tajwi permission to use it only as needed to deliver the service.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Tajwi is not responsible for indirect losses or failures outside its reasonable control.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply where legally permitted. Questions may be sent to support@tajwi.com.
