Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Important: A payment may be eligible for refund only before the student enters or attends their first class. Once the student enters or attends a class, that payment is non-refundable.

Eligibility

You may request a refund before the student enters or attends the first scheduled Quran Reading or Hifz class covered by that payment. After the student has entered or attended the class, no refund is available for that payment or subscription period.

How to request a refund

Contact support@tajwi.com before entering the class. Include the learner's name, account email, payment date and transaction or subscription ID. We may request reasonable information to locate and validate the payment.

Processing time

If approved, Tajwi will submit the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the amount appears.

Payment-gateway charges

Any non-refundable transaction, service, currency-conversion or other charge actually imposed by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount. Where practical, we will explain the deduction when confirming the refund.

Cancellations and provider issues

Stopping a recurring subscription prevents future renewals but does not itself qualify an earlier payment for a refund. If Tajwi cancels a class before the student attends it, we will normally offer rescheduling and may provide a refund or account credit where rescheduling is not reasonably possible.
